Beliebers
These Beliebers irritate me in a million different ways. I mean, let’s start with the obvious, they have no world view. For teenage girls to be sitting at their computers thinking a retweet or a favourite from Justin Bieber is going to make him realise who they are is ridiculous. To him, you’re a faceless crowd. You are his FANS and that’s all you ever will be. If having a split second of contact or conversation with Justin Bieber is going to make your life then you should really work on GETTING a life. There are far more important things in this world, and issues to be concerned with than Justin’s new haircut or music video.
Their dogmatic attitude is irritating, simply because they are too young to have such an attitude. For 12 year old girls to take any assault on Justin Bieber as a personal attack is unhealthy to say the least, and can hardly be considered tolerant.
Finally is the simple fact that they are TOO YOUNG FOR IT. Good Lord, I am going to sound like the most pretentious arsehole on the planet, but it wasn’t like this when I was growing up. With the growth of social media, we see children being exposed to more and more these days.
Just a few days ago, a trending topic on twitter was “My body is ready for you Justin.” AT NINE YEARS OLD GIRLS ARE SAYING THIS. 9 year old girls shouldn’t even have twitter accounts. In their mind, getting their body ready for him is probably opening their arms for a hug.
Beliebers need to grow up in their world view, and stop growing up in terms of the sexual things that seem to come out of their adorable 9 year old mouths. I have never been one of those mindless Bieber bashers, but for the love of God man, please explain to your fans that they aren’t a huge part of your life.

OH HI REBLOGGIN ETIQUETTE FRIEND! PEOPLE APPARENTLY NEED TO SEE YOU AGAIN.

This is totally pathetic. Do you have nothing better to do than make up rules for etiquette on some stupid blogging website? It shouldn’t make that big an impact on your life, or require such effort.
Go do something worthwhile with your life.
Exam fever
Exams are coming up, so I would like to hope that you are revising as busily as I am, when that is of course, rarely the case.
People are always complaining on Facebook about their parents “forcing them to work”. Is it just me who finds this mind-boggling? Your parents are not the ones sitting these exams, and it won’t be their loss if you fail. I was fortunate enough to realise this a year ago, causing my work ethic to improve dramatically. And here’s a strange coincidence for you. As I worked harder, my grades improved.
So there you have it. If you can’t be bothered to learn the many different formulae expected for these exams, then simply remember one formula.
Work done = later success.
Working harder will get you better grades, there really is no alternative to decent work.
I’ve gone from Cs and Bs to A*s in one year, with a little adjustment to my work ethic. And only you can make that adjustment. In 3 years, from year 7 to year 10 despite all the nagging and whining of my parents and teachers, it didn’t change at all.
So work hard and you will be rewarded

Quote of the Day: Private First Class Bowe Bergdahl walked off his base in Afghanistan three years ago and was promptly captured by the Taliban.
Now America’s last prisoner of war, Bergdahl is at the center of sensitive prisoner exchange talks as the conflict winds down. He also is the focus of a story published today in Rolling Stone that asks:Will the Pentagon leave a man behind?
Here is an excerpt from the letter he wrote his parents a couple days before he went missing:
The future is too good to waste on lies… And life is way too short to care for the damnation of others, as well as to spend it helping fools with their ideas that are wrong. I have seen their ideas and I am ashamed to even be american. The horror of the self-righteous arrogance that they thrive in. It is all revolting. …
In the US army you are cut down for being honest… but if you are a conceited brown nosing sh*t bag you will be allowed to do what ever you want, and you will be handed your higher rank… The system is wrong. I am ashamed to be an american. And the title of US soldier is just the lie of fools. …
I am sorry for everything here… These [Afghan] people need help, yet what they get is the most conceited country in the world telling them that they are nothing and that they are stupid, that they have no idea how to live…. We don’t even care when we hear each other talk about running their children down in the dirt streets with our armored trucks… We make fun of them in front of their faces, and laugh at them for not understanding we are insulting them. …
I am sorry for everything… The horror that is America is disgusting.

I said goddamn.
A rare voice.
The bravery this man has shown is unreal. It takes true courage to speak against the faceless opposition.
It makes my heart hurt that you can find lyrics to any song online within seconds but in order to find important speeches, you have to search for hours.
I dunno how you all feel about it, gays in the military. Here’s how I feel about it. Anyone dumb enough to want to be in the military should be allowed in. End of fucking story.

When playing with fire, I find it best to have a can of gasoline nearby. Some would call this nonsensical, pyromaniacal ramble, and it’s true. If you’re “playing with fire”, you’ve already taken into account the sport of it, so it makes perfect sense to…
This is quite worrying but true. These ridiculous stories we hear of people being killed with commonplace goods are terrifying.
